HENRYVILLE – Bedford North Lawrence posted a team score of 362 during the rain-delayed Providence Invitational at Champions Pointe on Saturday afternoon.
The Stars and the 12-team field endured a 90-minute weather delay. Ashley Chase paced BNL with an 83, Olivia Sanders carded an 84, and Addyson Bailey fired an 86.
“Those juniors all played better at the same time,” BNL coach Aaron Sanders said. “They still have a ways to go, they all threw away a couple of shots and had a big number they could have avoided, but we’re getting there. We’ll take that.”
Top-ranked Evansville North won the team title with a sensational score of 286 as Chloe Johnson posted a 3-under 69 and Reagan Sohn added a 1-under 71.
